At Lil’ Ville™, we operate two main admission intakes throughout the year, in February and October. These periods allow us to carefully plan placements and ensure each child receives the attention and care they deserve.
We also accept enquiries outside of these intake periods. However, placements between these dates are subject to availability and are considered on a case-by-case basis in consultation with our Admissions Office.
Children are placed in the most suitable Lil’ Ville™ location based on availability, age group, and individual needs.
To begin the process, parents are invited to complete the Initial Registration Form below. This form is free of charge and serves as an expression of interest in securing a place at Lil’ Ville™.
Once submitted, your application will be entered into our admissions process, and a member of our Admissions Office will contact you via email with the next steps. Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee a place, as availability may be limited. If we are unable to accommodate your request, this will also be communicated via email.
For any further information or guidance, our Admissions Office is available on Mondays and Wednesdays between 09:00 and 17:00.

What do I need to know about Lil’ Ville™ Childcare Services?
Lil’ Ville™ caters for children aged 0–3 years old, providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored to early childhood development.
Our centres operate from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, supporting families with reliable and consistent childcare throughout the day.
We offer two childcare options:
- The Government’s Free Childcare Scheme, allowing eligible families to access high-quality early years education and care without financial burden. This ensures every child has the opportunity to learn and thrive in a supportive environment.
- Private Childcare Services, offered at competitive and affordable rates, without compromising on the quality of care, attention, and educational experiences provided.
Meals and snacks can be provided at an additional charge.

When are our main submission intakes?

Is there a fee to submit the registration form?
No, the Initial Registration Form is completely free of charge.

Can I visit the school before applying?
Yes, we encourage parents to book a viewing to experience our environment and learn more about our approach.
How is my child’s placement decided?
If your application is successful, your child will be placed in the most suitable Lil’ Ville location based on several factors, including availability, age group, and the number of hours required per week.
Our Admissions Office carefully reviews each application to ensure the best possible fit for your child and your family’s needs. The allocated location, along with the next steps, will be communicated to you via email.
How do you support my child during the settling-in process?
We understand that starting childcare is a big milestone for both children and parents. Our team is experienced in supporting children through this transition with care, patience, and individual attention.

How does the transition between schools work?
Lil’ Ville Childcare caters for children aged 0–2 years, while Lil’ Ville in the Woods is designed for children aged 2–3 years. Lil’ Ville in the City caters for children aged 0–3 years.
As your child grows, they may transition from Lil’ Ville Childcare to either Lil’ Ville in the Woods or Lil’ Ville in the City. Each transition is thoughtfully planned and carefully managed by our team to ensure a smooth, reassuring, and positive experience for both children and parents. Parents are guided throughout the process, with clear communication and support at every stage.
